Daiana successfully founded LeadNBFI in 2023 together with her husband Tunacan, establishing relationships with large and highly respected non-bank firms across Romania, Turkey, Canada, and Bulgaria.
Daiana develops the overall marketing strategy and communications approach for each client, oversees content creation, and manages the production staff.
Daiana is an expert financial marketer with over 15 years of experience spearheading marketing initiatives for clients in all industries, including major financial institutions. She has a keen understanding of complex financial concepts and a proven talent for transforming technical details into clear, actionable messaging.
Prior to embarking on an entrepreneurial path, Daiana served for 5 years as Counselor in PR and Foreign Affairs for the Constitutional Court of Romania. In this diplomatic role, she led public relations efforts and handled relations with foreign dignitaries, significantly expanding the Court's visibility and global connections.
Daiana then brought her strategic communication talents to the Court’s Financial Department for 3 years as Counselor in Finance. She conducted incisive analysis of budgets and expenditures, optimized allocation of funds, and boosted departmental productivity through process improvements.
Daiana also gained significant experience working as the Head Of SEO And Content for large marketing firms where she played a pivotal role in creating and implementing strategic marketing plans, with a keen focus on optimizing SEO for enhanced online visibility and reach.
Before joining the marketing community in 2008, Daiana graduated with honors in Management Marketing from the Romanian - American University of Bucharest, followed by a Masters in Financial Management.
