Daiana Altinay

Founder / CEO

Daiana founded LeadNBFI after building relationships with financial firms across Europe and North America. She leads marketing strategy, communications, content direction, and client positioning for financial services firms that need to build visibility without weakening credibility.

Her background combines more than 15 years of marketing experience with financial communications, SEO, content strategy, and institutional-facing messaging. Before building LeadNBFI, she served in PR, foreign affairs, and finance-related advisory roles at the Constitutional Court of Romania, where she worked on public relations, international relations, budgets, analysis, and process improvement.

She holds a degree in Management Marketing from the Romanian-American University of Bucharest and a master's degree in Financial Management.

Kerem leads creative direction for LeadNBFI, bringing more than 15 years of experience across graphic design, branding, visual storytelling, production, and international creative work.

He studied graphic design at Yeditepe University's School of Fine Arts in Istanbul and completed a master's degree in digital design in Sydney, Australia. His career spans creative roles in Australia, the United States, Romania, and Turkey, including a decade as Creative Director at a major multinational production company in Bucharest.

Operations Manager
